
Ready to List Products in Your Store? #
Now that you have an account and your store, it’s time to bring your store to life by adding your product listings. Product listings are the backbone of your store, helping customers explore and purchase your offerings.
In this section, we’ll guide you through:
- Planning Your Product Mix: Know your product mix’s breadth and depth to be more efficient.
- Adding Categories: Group your products into categories to make browsing easier for customers.
- Adding Products: Adding in the products along with the descriptions, pricing and variations (if any).
- Stocking Up Your First Store: Moving stocks from the company to the store.
Follow these steps to showcase your products effectively and create a seamless shopping experience for your customers. Let’s get started!
1. Product Mix Planning #
This step is important, especially if you have not planned out your product SKU structuring. Let’s take some time to plan out how wide and deep your product mix or assortment is. This is an important step in ensuring a smooth shopping experience for your customers whenever they are browsing through your store.
Here are some guiding questions:
- How many categories would your products require?
- Would your categories require sub-categories?
- Would you like to use variations?

2. Creating Categories #
💡Tip: To add products, always ensure that the relevant category has been created before creating the product. Every product needs a proper house to be stored under!

1-4. Go to Manage Category Page #
- Click on the company/store dropdown menu.
- Enter the company level.
- Enter Product.
- Click on Manage Category.
5-6. Add New Main Category #
- Fill in Main Category name.
- Sequence: Enter the order number in which you would like this category to be displayed. (1 = highest in the list)
- Click Submit to confirm.
7-8. Add New Sub Category #
- Fill in Sub Category name.
- Parent Category: Select the category where this sub category belongs under.
- eg. Sub category = Striped T-Shirt; Parent category = T-Shirt.
- Sequence: Enter the order number in which you would like this category to be displayed. (1 = highest in the list).
- Upload the image to be displayed to represent this sub category on your page.
- Click Submit to confirm.
3. Adding Products #

1-4. Go to Edit Product Page #
- Click on the company/store dropdown menu.
- Enter the company level.
- Enter Product.
- Click on Add New Product.
5-6. Add New Product #
- Compulsory fields: 1-4, 7, 9, 12.
- #1 Image: Insert product image(s) to display in app.
- #6 Variations: Variations will be displayed like in the above example.
- Variation Type = Flavour; Variants = Spicy Seafood Flavour Udon.
- #9 Quantity: Enter the amount of initial stocks.
- Click Save to continue
7. Product Successfully Uploaded In Company #
- For products to be displayed in store, read on 4. Stocking Up to move stocks to the appropriate stores.
4. Stocking Up #

1-3. Go To Product Page #
- Enter appropriate store.
- Enter Product.
- Click Select Product.
4-6. Move Product to Current Store #
- Select Product to move.
- Enter Quantity of product to move.
- Selected product and its quantity would be displayed in Product Page.
7-8. Preview Products in Store #
- Enter My Online Store.
- Enter Products to view product listings in the selected store.
